For this style we use Forest last. Forest is Carmina’s most archetypal and early last. With its classic and timeless design, this last seems to resist the course of time. Rounded toe, regular instep and more room across the forepart.

Cordovan
Shell Cordovan is a staple material of fine men’s shoemaking. Shell cordovan looks smooth, lustrous, and richly coloured in shades of burgundy, brown, and black. Shell Cordovan is a much more labour-intensive leather than cowhide. Cordovan shoe will age very well and develop a particularly beautiful patina over time. The name Shell comes from the circular shape of the skin. Today, only a few factories in the world tan shell cordovan.
